Q : How are your products shipped?

A : All shipment will be via EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS gives the customer fast, efficient and reliable yet fully documented service to over 140 countries. EMS is not an overnight service. Depending on your location, most shipment will arrive within a week.

Q : Will the picture display the exact box set that I will receive?

A : Occasionally due to titles going on reprint at the manufacturer and/or new releases being unduly delayed, we may split ship orders. Portions of your order that have been shipped may not be cancelled or returned.
